All materials and workmanship supplied by Westlake Independent Auto Collision, other than provisions mentioned below for paint and mechanical parts, are guaranteed against any defect for as long as you own the car. This warranty does not cover conditions resulting from misuse, negligence, alteration, accidents or rust. Repairs must be performed by Westlake Independent Auto Collision. Your new Sikkens finish is protected against cracking, checking, hazing, chalking, fading and peeling for as long as you own your vehicle, in accordance with the provisions of the Sikkens Refinish Assurance Plan available from our office. Mechanical parts are guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship for the term of the manufacturer’s warranty to Westlake Independent Auto Collision (generally one [1] year).
